Forest School

Our Forest School’s ethos is to provide an enriched learning environment for our pre-school children, offering them a wide range of outdoor learning opportunities. Forest school provides the children with first-hand experiences to interact with the natural world, learn new lifelong skills and have the ability and opportunity to risk assess their own learning.

Regular forest school sessions encourage and promote the children’s communication, language, and physical skills, alongside developing their curiosity, confidence, self-esteem, creativity, empathy, and critical thinking skills, all while enhancing their ability to risk assess.
